Salesforce Customer 360 Campaign

The Salesforce "Customer 360 Wow! But How?" campaign showcases how the Customer 360 platform can transform the customer experience by uniting teams around a shared view of each customer. It emphasizes how businesses can leverage AI-driven tools and real-time data to create personalized, seamless interactions across sales, service, marketing, and commerce touchpoints.

We highlighted the bold letterforms of the word “WOW” to showcase how Salesforce helps companies impress their customers by making every interaction feel personalized, and in real-time. As Senior AD, I was responsible for developing, and expanding creative, speaking to our five targeted industry segments, as well as build brand awareness around Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform.

One of the longest running campaigns in Salesforce history, this campaign spanned from campaign websites, a bespoke interactive web tool, Google display ads, interactive presentation videos to the main event at Dreamforce from 2019 - 2023.
